Getting started with us is simple, and your first class is FREE! Contact Us!
The first step is to contact us (call, email or text) to sign up for your FREE, introductory class. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. Upon completion of the class, if you, and we, decide that this is for you, then you can sign up for our classes. You are also welcome to drop by any class to watch.
What to expect on your first day?
Excellent question, we're glad you asked. You will receive one-on-one coaching to help you learn the basic fundamental movements we do. The goal is to introduce you to our unique coaching style, the proper mechanics of these movements and develop safe motor patterns.
