Mobility Standards

 

This challenge focuses heavily on mobility with the goal of making you a faster, farther, fitter runner. In his book, Ready to Run, Dr. Kelly Starrett details 12 standards to make sure you are "ready to run." We encourage you to read the book, but we also have provided a summary for you. You'll find descriptions of each, as well as specific mobility exercises to do if you find yourself weak in any of these 12 areas.
